    Every student in Clark County School District must register online every school year. 

    All the documents required to finalize enrollment must be provided in person.

     

    Please note: Registration is not complete until all required documents are given to the Registrar.

    If you are living with a friend or relative because of economic hardship, you will need to bring to the school site a notarized letter signed by the owner/renter stating that their address is your place of residence. If you do not have documentation because you are living in a temporary or homeless situation, call Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education at 702-855-6682.

     

    Shared Housing

    What is Shared Housing:  CCSD Regulation 5111.1 requires a parent or guardian to provide proof of residency to enroll a child in school. A family living is considered to be in a Shared Housing situation when the parent or guardian does not have a lease, mortgage, or utility bill in their name. The Shared Housing application is provided as an alternate option when providing proof of residency through the Shared Housing application. You will have to fill out and upload the following documents to the Online Registration Application: two forms that are notarized between the parent and the person they live with, a copy of Parent ID, and two forms of mail that the parent receives at that address that are either the following: Insurance (car or family), bank statement, car registration, Nevada County paperwork, or other Government paperwork.

    *Note: When completing the Acceptable use Policy (AUP), select "Yes I give permission," if you would like your child to be able to access technology during the school year.
